We sell non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods such as Photoshop training sets and online educational materials. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. Once you gain access to the product, refunds or cancellations are not permitted.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• You have not accessed more than 10% of the content.
• You experience a technical problem preventing access, which is confirmed to be from our side.
• The refund request is made within 72 hours of the original purchase.

Chargebacks
